As a Quality Assurance Associate, your duties would include:

• Ensuring ongoing compliance to the Quality Standards
• Completing hold point inspections
• Working with customers to ensure needs are met

• Related work experience in a CSA Z299 environment
• 5 years experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control
• Custom Manufacturing experience

• Present & sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contacts.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Participate in marketing evens such as seminars and trade shows.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public.
• Previous customer service or sales experience an asset.
