- Must have secondary diploma/degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- Must have a minimum of five years experience in Mouldings & Millwork industry.
- Must be able to travel within Territory and overnight if required.
- Results driven with a proven track record.
- Excels in an entrepreneurial, start-up environment.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Computer literate.
- Team player, self-motivated, strong work ethic.
- Ability to train and mentor customer staff and applicators.
- Generate new business
- Develop and maintain relationships and contacts.
- Identify key areas of opportunity by reviewing customers, competitors and trends.
- Develop close working relationship with suppliers and applicators.
- Maintain working knowledge of all product features and programs.
- Plan and implement customer training and promotional programs.
- Attend periodic meeting and trade shows, as required.
